For everyone’s added safety, we are providing masks to patients and others entering our facilities.
The provided mask must to be worn throughout the duration of your time in our facility. This is a necessary precaution to keep people safe while in our health-care facilities.
If your mask becomes soiled, wet or damaged another mask will be provided.
At this time, cloth masks are not permitted for ambulatory care patients, clients and visitors in our facilities.
Children under the age of five are not required to wear a mask in our facilities.
For individuals who are hearing impaired, their communication partners can use an alternative measure, such as a clear face shield, if they do not screen positive for symptoms of COVID-19.
Support persons accompanying individuals with a cognitive disability who are not able to wear a mask, should wear masks and try to maintain physical distancing as much as possible.
There may be times when an individual is unable to wear a mask. We will work with individuals to understand the potential impact and, if necessary, may provide exceptions from wearing a mask while in our facilities.
